Learn to Knit: How to Work an I-Cord Bind-Off
Watch this video to see an I-Cord Bind Off being worked. I also talk about how this same technique can be used to create an applied I-Cord edging along the edge of your work.
How to work:
- Using a cable cast-on, cast on 3 stitches.
- Knit 2 stitches, ssk.
- Slip 3 stitches back to left hand needle purlwise.
- Work steps 2 and 3 until you have bound off all stitches. 3 stitches remain.
- K3tog. Break yarn and draw the tail through the stitches to fasten off.
