Needles & Notions
1 US size 8 / 5 mm circular needle, 32" / 80 cm long
1 set US size 8 / 5 mm double-point needles
Stitch markers; waste yarn; tapestry needle; 1 button approx 1.25" / 3 cm diam.

GAUGE
18 sts and 24 rows = 4" / 10 cm in St St
17 sts and 32 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Garter St

TECHNIQUES DESCRIBED IN PATTERN:
Garter stitch in the round, single row button hole, cable cast on and backwards loop cast on.
