This top-down cabled sweater has all-over cables pattern that is a pleasure to knit and wear.
This kit contains all the yarn you need for your Aislinn cabled sweater in Stolen Stitches' Milis or Blasta.
Milis is a rustic, durable DK-weight woollen-spun yarn, spun exclusively for us in Donegal with its signature tweedy burrs. At 225m / 245 yards per 100g, it has excellent stitch definition and is particularly suited to cables and textured knits.
The original Aislinn sample was knitted in Milis, but Blasta is an excellent alternative if you prefer a smoother, softer finish. While Milis has its distinctive tweedy character, Blasta gives the cables a cleaner, more defined look and creates a different feel in the finished fabric.
