Summer Affair Shrug Pattern
The delicate effect of lace weight yarn is hard to resist. However if you don’t wear shawls this shrug makes a great alternative. Worked as a rectangle of lace, sleeves are grafted together and the edging around the body of the shrug is worked directly from the remaining stitches. For added impact a garter stitch short-row ruffle is worked at the back of the shrug and scalloped edging is worked around the opening.
