This cardigan combines both side-to-side construction and top down knitting to create an exceptional transitional handknit.

It starts with the yoke worked from side-to-side using short row colourwork to shape. When the yoke is complete you will work the remainder of the cardigan from the top down, also incorporating short row colourwork at each side of the front.

There is gentle waist shaping in the pattern for a soft, gentle curve that is easy to wear.
