Knit from side to side, this cowl is a lovely introduction to brioche, taking you from the basics to more intricate techniques as you work.

You’ll start with single-colour brioche before moving into two-colour brioche, then finish with an increase and decrease pattern along the edge for a beautifully textured finish.
