Brioche stitch creates a thick, squishy and warm fabric that’s perfect for scarves. When you knit a scarf in the standard way though, the rows are just too short! Our solution is to turn the scarf on its side and knit it from side-to-side. The rows are very long but there are very few of them.
Yarn kit includes 4 skeins of Nua Sport yarn (2 in each of your chosen colour) and a cotton project bag. Pattern is NOT included in the yarn kit.

The scarf is cast on with the two-colour Italian cast-on method, alternatively the two-colour long-tail cast-on method could be used. The brioche pattern is then worked, with each side being worked twice, first in the light colour and then in the dark colour. The scarf is completed with the tubular cast-off method, or the sewn cast off could be used if you worked the two-colour long-tail cast on at the start.
