Needles & Notions
US size 7 / 4.5 mm circular needles, 32"/ 80 cm long (or longer for bigger sizes)
US size 6 / 4 mm circular needles, 32"/ 80 cm for front edging
Set of US size 7 / 4.5 mm dpns (if not using magic loop for sleeves)
Always use a needle size that gives you the gauge listed, as every knitter's gauge is unique.
Tapestry needle, stitch markers, waste yarn or extra needle, 8 (8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 9, 9, 9) buttons approx. 1" / 25 cm diameter.

GAUGE

18 sts and 28 rows = 4"/10 cm in St St and Pattern Stitch with larger needle
21 sts and 29 rows = 4"/10 cm in Rib Pattern with smaller needle
